Eligibility & Account Responsibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use STAR IPTV services. Minors may only use our services under parental supervision.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to maintain its accuracy throughout your subscription period.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription & Payments
Pricing Changes
STAR IPTV reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes. Payment must be made through approved methods at the time of subscription or renewal.
Refund Limitations
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided after service activation. Exceptions may apply under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.
Trial Conversion
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You will be charged the standard subscription rate upon conversion.

Content Responsibility: STAR IPTV acts as a technology platform providing access to third-party content. We do not produce, host, or control the content accessible through our service. Users acknowledge that content availability, quality, and legality may vary by region.
Legal Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of STAR IPTV complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding digital content consumption. STAR IPTV does not condone or encourage any illegal use of our platform.
Content Accuracy: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Channel lineups, programming schedules, and content availability are subject to change without notice.
Prohibited Use
Illegal Streaming
Using STAR IPTV to access, distribute, or share copyrighted content without proper authorization is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Abuse of Service
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse our platform, including credential sharing beyond authorized limits, automated access, or circumventing security measures is prohibited.
Reselling Without Permission
Unauthorized reselling, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of STAR IPTV services or subscriptions is strictly forbidden without express written consent from STAR IPTV.
Network Attacks
Any attempt to compromise our network infrastructure, including DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, malware distribution, or unauthorized data extraction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Service Availability
STAR IPTV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Our platform may experience temporary interruptions due to:
Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
Network infrastructure issues beyond our control
Force majeure events and emergencies
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STAR IPTV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to STAR IPTV during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if STAR IPTV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination of Service
User Termination
You may terminate your STAR IPTV subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon termination:
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Account data retained for 30 days
STAR IPTV Termination Rights
STAR IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment disputes
